Fortunate to worked in most of the healthcare segments (Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Health-tech, Homecare, Wellness & Nutraceuticals) that too with a diverse organization’s (established players as well as startup’s).
Understand Healthcare Ecosystem
My trait of going deeper in whatever I do has motivated me to explore all the healthcare industry segments. Beginning as a sales rep and progressing to nationwide institutional sales management at Pharmaceuticals, I gained a deep understanding of doctor psychology. In diagnostics, I mastered key account management. In 2017-18, recognizing the global shift toward digital health, I pivoted toward E-Health, enhancing my skills in corporate wellness and homecare. Over the past three years, I've focused exclusively on health-tech, including SaaS, DTx, and Data Science


Chequered Career Path
I've experienced a mix of highs and lows, making it a dynamic and enriching experience. I've had my share of fun, challenges, valuable learning experiences, and successful moments. My experience with established players has involved mastering stringent processes, effectively managing partnerships and alliances, crafting effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and overseeing large-scale operations. In contrast, working with startups has taught me the art of new market development, creating tailor-made solutions, and adopting a "never say never" attitude.


Keeping up with Changing Healthcare Dynamics
The healthcare product landscape in India has witnessed a remarkable evolution over the past decade, driven by digital transformation. Initially, product differentiation was the key selling point in traditional healthcare. Subsequently, service differentiation became crucial before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, the focus has shifted towards creating value through operational efficiency, predictive selling, and aligning products with customer behavior. In response to these changing market dynamics, my own work experience has evolved to align with the healthcare industry's transformation.
